This notice describes information handled through the Prestige Auto Rentals website and the inquiries you choose to send us.
Information you provide
The inquiry form lets you enter your name, email address, phone number, preferred vehicle, rental dates and an optional message. The form prepares a draft in your own email application. It does not directly submit a booking to a database on this website. Your inquiry reaches us only when you send that draft, email us directly, call or text.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, check availability, prepare quotes, arrange rentals and payments, provide service, prevent fraud and meet recordkeeping obligations. We do not use an inquiry as consent for unrelated marketing. We retain information only as reasonably needed for those purposes, legal obligations and resolving disputes.
Providers and sharing
Email, hosting and payment providers process information needed to deliver their services. Our business email uses Namecheap Private Email. Hosting is provided through ChatGPT Sites and its hosting infrastructure. If you pay an invoice, the selected payment provider processes payment information under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information where necessary to comply with law, protect rights, handle claims or carry out the rental with authorized service providers. We do not sell inquiry contact information.
Browser storage and technical information
We have not added advertising trackers or analytics scripts to this site. The form does not save your entries to browser local storage. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser information and request logs for delivery and security; service providers may use operational cookies as part of their services.
Documents and payments
Do not enter payment-card numbers, driver’s license images or insurance documents in the inquiry message. We provide separate instructions if verification documents are needed. Payments are made using an invoice from the agreed provider rather than this website.
Your choices and requests
Contact contact@prestigeautorentalsla.com or 818-573-4425 to request access to, correction of or deletion of inquiry information, or to ask about applicable privacy rights. We may verify the request and retain information where law requires it. Privacy rights depend on applicable law; nothing here limits those rights.
Children and updates
This service is intended for adult renters; our standard minimum driver age is 25. We do not knowingly solicit children’s information. We may update this notice by publishing a revised effective date.
